Best remodel designers near Brainerd, MN

"Keegan does great work! Let’s just start with that. From helping me pick out the best flooring for my home to showing up exactly when he said he was going to be there and having an open line of communication. I’ve dealt with multiple contractors in the past and all of them gave the same experience, most of the time they wouldn’t get back to me for multiple days or they would just show up out of the blue no phone call or text and start working. If you appreciate someone that will communicate well with you and also has great knowledge of products than Keegan is your guy I will definitely be using lakes area remodels for all my future contracting needs!!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Charles was very prompt with responding in a timely manner. Provided detailed drawings confirming the design we had visioned. A few details needed to be worked out per our request and completed promptly. Excellent customer service!"

"They always say happy wife happy life! My wife and I have been wanting a deck built on our rambler home but Iâ ve had a hard time finding the right builder.. Until I stumbled upon Emduben! With great costumer communication and even better craftsmanship, we have the deck of our dreams! Iâ ll be hiring them again as soon as my wife finds the next project!"

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"Excellent work! Fast and efficient. Great customer service, very professional. Will definitely use this company again."

"KVL was great to work with. They put a deck on our cabin and came in on time and under budget. They had great ideas for railing options and step design. We had a second project inside to remove a wall, install a header, and replace flooring. It turned out better than we hoped! We would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!"

I started my interior design career after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S in Interior Design. I initially went into commercial design, which developed and honed my project management and business skills. However, I was missing the client interaction and the type of creativity specific to residential design, so I switched gears! For the last 18 years I've been designing residential interiors...and it has been amazing! I love the process of building a design and bringing it all together. I know I've succeeded when my client not only has a beautifully designed space but also fully enjoyed the process along the way. \n \nI would love to help you with your next design project...contact me today and we'll talk about it! \n \nKirsten Seidl, NCIDQ Certified

"Friendly efficient staff. Completed job in no time and cleaned up completely. No sign of them ever being here except for the beautiful now roof and underlayment."
