Best remodel designers near Backus, MN

"Keegan does great work! Let’s just start with that. From helping me pick out the best flooring for my home to showing up exactly when he said he was going to be there and having an open line of communication. I’ve dealt with multiple contractors in the past and all of them gave the same experience, most of the time they wouldn’t get back to me for multiple days or they would just show up out of the blue no phone call or text and start working. If you appreciate someone that will communicate well with you and also has great knowledge of products than Keegan is your guy I will definitely be using lakes area remodels for all my future contracting needs!!"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Replacement of patio door and deck build. On time and on budget. Very responsible and professional as well as neat and clean."

"They did a great job designing our house! They were responsive and quick"

"I owned a small chalet style family cabin with one loft bedroom, no running water and an outhouse. I met with Lance Christenson, president of Woods and Waters Builders and Remodeling, presenting him with a rough sketch of my idea to add on to my exsisting cabin. My addition was over twice the size of the exsisting cabin including a new kitchen, great room with lots of windows overlooking the lake, bedroom and bathroom while keeping half the the exsisting cabin in tack and expanding the upper loft bedroom. Mr. Christenson took my sketch and pleasently improved the plans with his vast experience in style and contruction. He was able to use my stained glass in the design and to my surprise his wife refinished my antique stained glass front door. My excitement mounted as I saw the vision for my new cabin become a reality, with a beautiful designed stairway and railing to the loft with a stained glass insert. I could not be more pleased and excited about my new cabin. My sincere thanks to Lance Christenson and his very professional crew for your quality workmanship.. My expectations were beyond what I could have ever imagined."

I started my interior design career after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S in Interior Design. I initially went into commercial design, which developed and honed my project management and business skills. However, I was missing the client interaction and the type of creativity specific to residential design, so I switched gears! For the last 18 years I've been designing residential interiors...and it has been amazing! I love the process of building a design and bringing it all together. I know I've succeeded when my client not only has a beautifully designed space but also fully enjoyed the process along the way. \n \nI would love to help you with your next design project...contact me today and we'll talk about it! \n \nKirsten Seidl, NCIDQ Certified

"The coordinator did all the permit arrangements and followed up with me several times to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction as well as kept me informed regarding progress. The guys doing the work were very pleasant, but kept working the entire day and half the way into the evening. I love these men and their ethics. So I hired them to do my kitchen next. Update: 09/26/2019 My bathroom is beautiful and the way more safe and functional. Material is holding up well. Easy to clean. This company has a very good work ethic. Went above and beyond what I expected. Update: 09/26/2019 Excellent work ethic. Beautiful when finished. Very functional when project was finished. I would hire this company in my next project."
