Keegan does great work! Let’s just start with that. From helping me pick out the best flooring for my home to showing up exactly when he said he was going to be there and having an open line of communication. I’ve dealt with multiple contractors in the past and all of them gave the same experience, most of the time they wouldn’t get back to me for multiple days or they would just show up out of the blue no phone call or text and start working. If you appreciate someone that will communicate well with you and also has great knowledge of products than Keegan is your guy I will definitely be using lakes area remodels for all my future contracting needs!!

Well I wanted a larger doghouse, size of a shed and he took the idea and made it reality. He did a great job at explaining the process and being upfront about any concerns he had. He also addressed the concerns and questions I had with a very positive and logical response. He certainly made a point to pay attention to the details throughout, and it turned out amazing.
