Contracted Bercher to design and install a working septic system at our cabin. Design and install has yet to work properly. We were told by the builder, while in small claims court, that "There were a lot of things I didn't tell you." Very disappointed with how they treated us. The integrity promised in their motto was never experienced. Charged us for a working septic but still has yet to deliver. This ordeal has been going on for 3 years. Felt abandoned by the one person we trusted. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER TO ANYONE.

"To our many loyal and satisfied clients: the judge ruled against this case in small claims court. After nearly 40 years in business, this is the only time we've ever been a defendant in court. Not agreeing with the judge's ruling, this client threatened to engage in a social media campaign to discredit our company unless we paid him to refrain from doing so.
