He had to come back later in the week to install the heater, but he did exactly what I needed and sent pictures so I could forward the completed project to the new buyers and appraiser.
I'm a realtor in the Minneapolis area and I hire contractors all the time in my business. My previous experience with many contractors in the Brainerd Lakes area is that phone calls are never returned and people don't show up. I really appreciate a work ethic and I was thrilled to find Tad and would hire him again anytime.
