Absolutely terrible experience! Would not recommend! We bought and paid for in full, a full set of high end appliances. They were not ordered properly (forgot to order pieces of several of the appliances), were not installed properly ( had to hire a repair man to fix), and took them 20 months...
The entire process was very professional. They recieved the parts in a timely manor and scheduled the repairs right away. They were very flexible with my schedule. While doing the repairs they were very conscious of cleanliness. The repair man was very knowledgeable and informative.
