This past summer I had my ceiling sprayed and was happy with the how it looked immediately. 6 months later I began to see some cracking in the paint, but was not completely concerned. A couple weeks later it began to start peeling off like a river birch. At this time I called and left Don a voicemail, and sent an email. Waited a week to follow up again, still nothing. After multiple emails and voicemails with photos of the issues, I have not received a response. I was not even that mad as things happen, but to disappear when your work is being questioned has me really disappointed. When speaking with other painters they have told me this issue was due to too much paint too fast (coats not completely curing)."

He gave me a quote in the winter, and I thought I understood what parts of the house he was going to paint and trusted the quote he gave me. It wasn't until the last day of the painting, when the crew was leaving and said they were done, that I realized we were on completely different pages. It was deeply upsetting, and when I spoke with Jimmy about it he insisted that he had done everything correctly and offered to charge me more money to make it right. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."
