"Multi saved the day on my renovation project. It was absolutely disastrous! In the middle of my renovation, the carpenter that was referred to me by a fellow colleague walked off on the job. No warning and no reason, I was left with only ½ of my home remodeled, while my family and I were stranded in a small rental home waiting to return. Spencer and his team came to the rescue. In the matter of a few days his contractors were finishing projects and fixing several mistakes made by the previous carpenter. I was able to move back into our home on time without issue. Signs of structural damage include foundation cracks, roof leaks, bouncy floors, crumbling concrete, and cracked or leaning chimneys. Sagging floors, large cracks in your walls, and uneven door frames are three signs that your floor joists need to be replaced. Conversely, bowing is when the board curves along its length, forming a gentle arc. 

If the bowing basement wall is less than 2 inches, steel or carbon fiber straps are the best solution. For bowing that is more than 2 inches, wall anchors are the most effective. A contractor can help you decide the best method of repair for your home's foundation and also address the root cause of the trouble.
