This is listed wrongly - saying - available to provide service in my area - according to Angies list. When I called they said - they don't service my area. I would expect better data from Angies list - particularly when I paid for a membership.

It went great. They arrived as scheduled. Worked hard all day removing old shrubs and planting new ones. Very pleased with their selection of shrubs and plants. Only complaint might be I was hoping everything planted would be deer and rabbit resistant. Wishful thinking. Overall -- very satisfied.

Paver work was good. French drain did not reduce back yard water pooling issue. Used dirt that was removed for French drain to build up top soil flower bed. Dirt was full of sod pieces, clay and roots. Had to dig up and remove garbage dirt myself.

Not very well had to call them out twice as I was getting these weeds which I call (prickers) as u need gloves to remove them n 1 srub died, they replaced it n said it's in the soil that they keep popping up well I'm over these, n on side of house narrow strip had white rocks they removed them n laid brown mulch, well I have been seeing a few weeds but now even more this past wk come to find out I pushed away some of the mulch n there is no liner for the weeds under the mulch well needless to say in this case I should have kept my white rocks as as I would only get a couple in the summer n once pulled they be gone for 1,900 This wasn't a great job n my 1 flower died I have pictures as I took them 3 days ago if you want them I'll b happy to send them to u but u won't use this on ur site anyway but wanted u to know I was ripped off

My experience from the beginning to the end was exceptional!! Dan called me back immediately after I left a message and scheduled someone to come out the very next day to do an estimate. Dustin was punctual, friendly and extremely helpful in providing suggestions and helping me envision a landscaping design. After discussing the details, Dustin was able to provide me with a quote as well as the date they could start work. I was in contact with Dustin prior to the work starting to run ideas by him and ask questions. He was always extremely patient with me and very helpful. Brooks Landscaping started work on the exact day they promised and the crew was very courteous and friendly. I was extremely involved in the process every step of the way and felt that it was important to them that I was engaged and 100% satisfied with everything. The entire project ended up taking 2 days and I was pleased that the crew cleaned up the “work site” both days. Overall they exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the outcome. All of our neighbors have complimented us on the work and plan to contact Brooks Landscaping for their future landscaping needs! I would highly recommend them because they take pride in their work, did a fabulous job and I truly enjoyed my interaction with the entire crew.

The yard is completely level, the grass is healthy and fully trimmed to size, mulch beds look clean and spotless, tree beds creatively garnish the yard to hide ugly roots, and the accent plants added were selected to capture the colors of the house brick. Extremely pleased with the end results and every minute in between. The crew was professional, friendly and accommodating to late revision requests and our neighbor's properties. Job Well Done!

Great, the 2 guys that did the work were very professional and did a great job.  I would hire them again.  The owner of the company came out to the house to give be an estimate and discuss what I wanted done.  I was very pleased with the work and he was able to fit the job into his schedule within at 2 week time frame.

I had my fence extended and needed some sod/dirt/leveling/drainage issues to address.  The area fenced in was approx. 100'x32'.  He showed up on time but when he was looking at the job, I think he was overwhelmed.  He had a hard time following what I was asking and needed to be done.  We talked for a few minutes as I told him what I needed to be done and then I had to take a shower and go to work.  He said he would take some measurements and email me a quote.  I never heard back from him.

In his defense, I think the job was too big for him.  However, I think he could have just told me that.  It was a big job but with the right equipment can be done relatively easily.  I ended up going with Mist O Matic.

He didn't do any work but I think the communication could have been better.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the professional yet personable demeanor of Daniel Brooks and his staff. I used Angie's List and a couple other resources to select three companies to request project suggestions/price quotes from. I chose Brooks Landscaping due to the company's favorable reviews/recommendations as well as Daniel Brooks' patience with my many questions, the details he provided on how the job would be handled, and that he respected that I had a specific budget that I needed to work within. Dan explained/offered several options. In both instances that Daniel Brooks came out to discuss the job, he was punctual and was especially helpful and informative. The project itself took two days, as they expected, and it was started on the day they promised. Dustin, the foreman, is very articulate, detail oriented, respectful and easy to work with. It's clear that Dustin takes pride in his/their work and loves what he does. The job turned out beautifully! ...And considering what a messy endeavor it was, they did a fabulous job with the haul-away process of the old wall and the final project clean up. I look forward to contacting them again for my future landscaping needs and recommend that you reach out to them for your next landscaping project.

Came across slightly arrogant.  I ask for local references and pretty much said his card from the local brick supply store is good enough.  (This is before I know he was on Angie's list).  He ask how many quotes I had gotten and I told him 6.  He told me I should not do that as that would put these companies out of business.  I thought that was a strange comment.  I would have thrown away the card but I saw later that night when I looked them up on Angie's list that he got good feedback.  Salesmanship skills need some work.

They were very professional.

It went very well . Daniel came over on time and went through the process of costing out the job. Within the next couple of days they were at the house working on the patio. It was completed in two days. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Highly recommended.
