"John was excellent in every step of the process of replacing a 2nd story, double pane, ~42.5" x 51", cracked bedroom window. Starting with a timely return phone call to set up an appointment for a quote, and finishing with a great installation of a new window, John kept me informed of the status of things along the way, which I always appreciate as a project is "in process." He let me know when the glass would be ready, when he had available installation times, etc. Jags Glass & Window Repair was excellent, and I would use them again, and also recommend them to friends."

"They did a good job, except the young lady that worked with him wasn't very tidy and didn't clean up well. She did a good job and got the varnish off. I liked the young man's work. They should be more cautious about cleaning up behind themselves. As far as the work was concerned, they did a good job. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, so it was a fair price.
