"Andrew and his wife do great work. We were eager to have a quote and get work started as quickly as possible and they accommodated. Andrew came to give us an estimate on a day he doesn't usually do it and was able to start the job within a week of the estimate. They arrived early and stayed until the job was finished. Unfortunately, one of his tools broke during the job and he promptly ordered a new part. This had never happened to him in all the years he has been in business. He wanted to finish the job quickly and was able to fit us into his schedule again within a few days. He and his wife were very kind, hardworking and professional. We've had some heavy rains since they did the work and we have not had to worry about any more leaks in those areas. We've since had our driveway replaced and a patio installed because they gave us confidence in knowing we would not need to worry about water in our basement. "I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. "We picked out the slate tile we wanted and began the process of desiging.  We had an idea of how we wanted it to look but had some concerns due to an irregular size fireplace.  We sent Nosh a picture of our fireplace and the next day, he met us at the tile shop to help us complete the design.   He was very professional and knowledgeable and had a keen eye for what looked right.  He had excellent suggestions and his input proved to be invaluable as some of our ideas would not have worked.  He installed the tile in one day and It looks absolutely awesome!  He was fast and efficient and cleaned up thoroughly upon completion.  We are extremely happy with his work and plan on using him again for our bathroom.
