AJ's Handyman & Landscaping Service

We hired A&J to install 3 bathroom fans. Two required resizing the fan opening. He did a great job, quickly and affordably. He even did a meticulous job cleaning up after himself. They are now my go to handymen!

AJ was very professional and wisecwhen it came to the best way to get a job done. He is a person of integrity and who knows his limits. I neded a soffit repaired where birds had destroyed it. He told me he couldn't do thst because his fear of heights won out.. He repaired toilets,, handled all my landscaping, installed disability devices and even corrected jobs a prevous handyman ruined. I would Hire him again!

Multiple options for replacement were offered. Porch rail was installed, area cleaned up. Possible other projects were discussed for future.

AJ came in and fixed what another handyman messed up. He did fantastic work in a wide variety of areasâ carpentry, painting, repairs, tuckpointing, and minor electrical work. His rates were VERY reasonable, and all work was completed in a timely manner. He sent us pictures of each job after it was completed and kept us updated on everything. I cannot recommend him highly enough and just wish we had hired him years ago instead of when we were moving!!

I was pleased with the work. AJ was pleasant to talk to and I felt comfortable with him in my house. I would definitely hire him again.

He accepted the job, proceeded to cut open my soffit, on 3 of the 6 pillars. Now, he does not want to do the job, says he got cold feet, scared about getting sued.

Overall, good work. Be prepared to pay for his services, as he isn't cheap. Timeline from job to job, determined when payment is received, not in initial timeline one would think payment would be due. Make sure specifics and details are discussed. I am for whatever reason, required to ask for the invoice for work completed...it wasn't just sent to me, upon job completion. I've never had a business make or ask me to follow-up with them on the work they did, for the invoice they should've already known to be sent, in order for it to actually be sent.

Very friendly. Gave good advice. Completed job in a timely manor and cleaned up very well. I would definitely refer this company to others, and I would use them again in the future.

High quality work done in a very thorough manner. Project requirements explained in detail including what needed to be done and what options if any were available. Would definately hire again for other projects.
