He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. Home inspections can be very stressful all around. Buyers are worried about whether they are getting a lemon, sellers worried about what will be found and how much it will cost them and the agents wondering if they'll lose the deal over the findings of the inspector. We aim to relieve some of that stress. Thoroughness is our watchword. If we can access it we will inspect it. For our buyers this means that they know they are making the most informed decision they can. When we do find a defect, rather than just making a check mark on our report we explain why it's a defect and suggest realistic remedies. This great for sellers as they aren't getting hit with unwarranted repair demands. For the agents, as a licensed Realtor I know where you're coming from, my goal is to help all parties "save the deal" that everyone's worked so hard for.

They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."
