The good news is the basement is dry. The bad news is the mess and cleanup that they left. We were told to that they would be out to install new cedar base boards and cleanup the the dust and dirty walls. They damaged walls during the installation process. They stated thsat they would be out on Sepytember 30, 2020 and they called to move the appointment to October 13, 2020. On the day of the apointment they called to canel the appointment and offered $700 to pay for the repairs and cleanup. The total bill to cleanup was more than $6,000. I would not recommend this company because they renig on their promices and do not complete the work.

It's been 8 years and they still haven't fixed it right. We get heavy rain and it leaks again. We would call with a problem and it would take weeks sometime before they would call back. They would set up appointments, but call at last minute and reschedule. Sometimes months out. Meantime everything is pushed aside waiting for them to show up.

We experienced a devastating flood of our completely finished basement, impacting 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, family room with brick fireplace and 2 storage rooms. Everdry was professional, prompt, detailed, efficient, very clean, respectful and compassionate. They arrived everyday with their complete crew at the time expected and worked doggedly all day until 5 pm and then cleaned their work area prior to leaving. Their crew was very respectful of everyone in our family, including our young children and pets. They helped us during a very difficult time and we are so very grateful they helped us regain our beautiful home.

The process of it being done is loud and a bit crazy, but they are a hard working team and the benefits far outweigh any inconvenience during the process. They were very educational towards us and have been great with any maintenance calls we have made. They are quick to respond and prompt with their timing.

We knew we would have a water issue when we bought our house 6 years ago. Everdry came out to help us get everything set for our home. The install of the system was done very quickly and professionally. Six years later, we have had no problems. They updated the system when the battery went out via their lifetime warranty program. Would highly recommend.

We had had a number of instances of water backing up into the basement and general basement dampness. Everdry did an assessment of our needs, thoroughly explained the process, and gave us an estimate.
Their crew arrived on time and performed all the agreed upon work in a timely and professional manner. The work included digging a trench around the outside of the basement and applying waterproofing compound (tarlike) to the entire outside basement wall and placing perforated drainage pipe around the base of the wall.
They chipped out a 4" wide trench around the interior basement wall, installed gravel and drainage pipe in the trench.
They deepened the sump pump and excavated a drainage pit in the backyard and installed a vent to reduce moisture.
CLEANUP
The outside trench was filled in and all disturbed plantings were replaced. The interior trench was filled with new cement. The sump pit was filled in.
RESULT
We have had no problems with water or dampness in the basement since we had this work done. The annual fee to maintain the warranty is worth the money. We had a failure of the sump pump. The battery backup woked as expected and the company came promptly and replaced the failed pump at no charge.
We are VERY satisfied with Everdry.

Thanks to Everdry's approach to the problem (and not just the symptoms), we have enjoyed a dry, usable basement for more than 20 years now! We have a carpeted, multi-functional space with the original sump pump in excellent working order! We only hear it click on and hum in torrential downpours, but it has never failed. Everdry's employees are polite, neat, timely, and highly respect the homeowner's landscaping and interior as they access the foundation of the home. I cannot praise their work enough and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to secure the future of their home's foundation. We have enjoyed improving our home since 1990 and Everdry was by far the best home improvement investment we ever made!

Excellently. First of all, the initial visit to determine problem and solution was made clear. The gentleman was not too pushy, but did tout the uniqueness of the Dry system. I worked as support staff for a waterproofing company for about 6 years, so I was impressed by the thoroughness of the system. The workmen that came out were very clear on what they would do, step by step, were very explanatory, polite, going over details as much as we needed, and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Daily they were punctual and worked their tails off! The foreman and all workers were very cheerful and polite. They seemed to really enjoy their work, and even explained the benefits of working for the company. The foreman seemed to have a pretty tight-knit crew. The clean up afterwards was excellent. Due to the outside excavation around the foundation, shrubs and plants had to be moved. They were very meticulous in keeping in good shape what I wanted to keep, and even helped discard overgrown shrubs and cleaning up the branches and stumps. I truly believe that they went above and beyond, and we had nothing but an excellent experience.

They arrived on time, worked continuously except breaking for lunch. They addressed all my concerns and questions. There was a problem where they cut a water line to my other building. They did repair it. It leaked so I called them to come back out and fix. Which they did and assured me if it is a problem let them know and they will come back again.
I gave a B on quality because that line was exposed and they should have been aware of it. I was told the line was buried. If so, it would have been covered up from their digging to the footings. It was put in 10 years after my home was built, so was laying on top of my plastic.Otherwise I have no problem with the work performed. I did have to remove my deck boards for them to work alongside the house. There was no guarantee if they removed them, the boards would not get damaged and the company doesn't replace damaged boards.
