Mike's Complete Home Inspection, LLC
About us
Home inspections can be very stressful all around. Buyers are worried about whether they are getting a lemon, sellers worried about what will be found and how much it will cost them and the agents wondering if they'll lose the deal over the findings of the inspector. We aim to relieve some of that stress. Thoroughness is our watchword. If we can access it we will inspect it. For our buyers this means that they know they are making the most informed decision they can. When we do find a defect, rather than just making a check mark on our report we explain why it's a defect and suggest realistic remedies. This great for sellers as they aren't getting hit with unwarranted repair demands. For the agents, as a licensed Realtor I know where you're coming from, my goal is to help all parties "save the deal" that everyone's worked so hard for.

"Thanks for the feedback, it was a pleasure. I appreciate the referrals you've sent."
"[Member Name Removed], I am so sorry you are unhappy. I am also sorry that I am only now seeing this. I do remember this inspection as we had many conversations in the weeks after the inspection regarding the roof and electrical systems. I also remember commenting on the the musty smell in the basement (we all did) and what appeared to be baking soda spread on the floor to hide the smell. After showing you some of the moisture signs I saw I also explained that because the basement was partially finished I was unable to determine the source of the water intrusion although I suspected it could be coming from the old sump crock (If I remember correctly it was in a bucket) under the stairs. We also discussed having a water remediation company come out to give you a better and more in depth idea of the costs involved to clean and ensure the basement was watertight. At that time you stated that you were planning to remove all the carpet when you moved in and would address it then because you were mostly concerned about getting the roof repaired. Again my apologies, Mike Herriman"
