Both young men were great. Very professional. Explained what they were doing, any problems they had and what they did to address the problems.

Project went extremely well. Jacob, W, Denzel K and Zach Z were professional and informative and did an amazing job. John Botten was excellent to work with and the customer service provided by FSM was outstanding.

It went as good as it could. We had a lot of damage to our garage floor. Both Jayden and Carter were very nice and courteous. They explained everything they did. I would highly recommend FSM!

First I would like to wish Joe Spezia(Livonia) a very happy birthday...when you make a service call one of the most important things you can do is BE ON TIME(very prompt) I appreciate that especially since I work midnights... very informative while he did maintenance...5 stars ... THANKS AGAIN 💪🏾💯

Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.

These people give you a quote, then bug the crap outa ya until u say yes. Then you get about 6 hrs of labor, crooked walls, floors never straightened, and they remove your plumbing. Been trying to contact them for months now with no response. Even my lawyer can't get straight answers. Court date isn't set yet, but subpoena's have been sent. I do not recommend this company at all. Some sheet steel and spray foam =$17k After pricing it, I'd be around 4k for the little work they did.

I can’t say enough great things about FSM]! Shawn , my inspector did a very through job and pointed out things that no one else had to me. I had Miguel and Jose for the actual job. They did an absolutely amazing job on my basement, going above and beyond not just for the project but for me personally. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. My basement looks fantastic, and I’m so grateful for their hard work and care. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service!

The company has many problems. Such as very poor management, equipment, transportation, abysmal training and other things. But u must say the worst department is the service tech department. The manager, Zack Powers, is extremely under qualified to be in this position. Due to his terrible training, his extreme lack of communication, his two faced attitude, the service tech department is doomed to fail. He doesn't train you for what you will be doing day to day. Lies about pay, and physical duties. And also has the office manager do most of his work that the techs need due to him not preparing them or even communicating with them. Then will get mad that you got help from someone else in the office. Guy makes the company look terrible. Glad I'm out of there before I invested to much time into this sinking ship of a company.

We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!

When working with different individuals, you don't know what you will get. What I got was perfect customer service. Forman Jalen T (JT), Deshawn, Michael C, Dalvin G and Michael B was being outstanding. They took their time to make sure the work was to my level of OCD expectations. They answered all of my questions, even the ones I repeated, and the work that that did for us was 100% quality work. This is a company/crew you can count on.

From Mark who did estimate to JT and his crew (DeShawn, Michael C, Calvin G) itvwad a great experience. The crew was professional. I was treated with respect. Everything was explained very well. They were on time and worked efficiently. They cleaned up when finished. If they were unsure of something I was asked. I would have this crew again.

They did not drill the blocks to allow water out of the walls. The concrete work was not level in any real fashion I had to grind most of there work to put flooring down.

Was really nice to be treated with respect. Jalen (JT) always wanted to make sure that I understood everything they were doing. At one point , before continuing, Jalen had to take a Step back to assist a complication to make sure the right way to continue. I respect that very much. We had arranged with Foundation Systems of Michigan to perform foundation work on the outside of our house but the day that work was to be performed we were informed that they would have to work in our basement not outside because they could not get their equipment in. What was performed did work on the foundation but that work messed up our exterior water proofing system and we now have water coming into our basement every time we have a good size rain fall. We had Foundation Systems in regarding this issue and they just what to sell us on their interior water proofing. We had three other companies come in and look into our issue and re-directed us to back to the company that did the foundation work.

Date: June 6, 2024 My interaction with Foundation Systems of Michigan has left me deeply frustrated, disappointed, and frankly insulted. Despite seeking their expertise to address persistent water seepage issues in my basement, the outcome has been far from satisfactory, leading me to question their competence and integrity. Over the course of approximately four months, Foundation Systems of Michigan made multiple attempts to install, test, remove, and reinstall their water mitigation system. Despite their assurances that the problem would be resolved, the reality has been starkly different. The system not only failed to prevent water infiltration but seemed to worsen the situation. This ordeal has resulted in a significant loss of time, money, and patience on my part. The lack of expertise demonstrated by Foundation Systems of Michigan's technicians is staggering. Instead of providing meaningful solutions, they resorted to deflecting blame, suggesting unrelated issues such as a leaking water heater or faulty pipes. Their attempts to demonstrate the system's effectiveness using a garden hose fell short of addressing the real problem—a basement that only leaks during or after rainfall. Furthermore, the company's customer service was severely lacking, showing a blatant disregard for accountability and quality workmanship. This entire experience has not only caused me undue stress and inconvenience but has also eroded any trust I had in Foundation Systems of Michigan's ability to fulfill their promises. In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Foundation Systems of Michigan to anyone seeking water mitigation solutions. My experience with them has been a distressing journey marked by incompetence, poor workmanship, and a glaring lack of accountability. I urge others to seek out more reputable and competent companies for their needs, as Foundation Systems of Michigan has undeniably lost my trust and business for the foreseeable future.

They came and quoted the job for my daughter She had some floor joist rotting. they said they could fix it. they charged alot of money to sister the joist. but instead of doing the job right and sistering the whole joist they only did less than 4 feet. needless to say they failed within 2 years and caused her kitchen to fall and cracked the granite and cabinets doors to stop closing. The water proofing was coming apart all over the crawl space. Very unsatisfied with the Job . Then when we had them com out to fix the problem. They said it was going to cost anther $ 5000. Their repair didnt last 2 years . Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Jason Shelton did a fantastic job for us today. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us regarding our basement floor crack. It was great to have an expert give us the information we needed. Now we have an expert to help us with any foundation issues. I give Jason and A+.
