"Damaged tub, damaged toilet, damaged items in bathroom, left a mess everywhere in bathroom. (Then trying to get paid before I even see the job done and the damages, which they conveniently didn’t tell me about… BIG RED FLAG!) Re-entered a rental without permission or me present (and for a job we weren’t doing since the tech said it was a wax ring issue and they don’t do those, then trying to charge over $400 for it…then reattaching toilet…why would you do that if it has to be done again to fix the issue)? “Approving” jobs that were not approved by myself. Owner will not provide bond company/policy number (illegal). Techs don’t caulk all the way around the toilet (2x). Do NOT use this company!"

Most of the work had to be done in a crawl space. Supervisor Ron and John his right hand man were extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and told us step by step what ws being done. We would never consider hiring anyone else and definitely recommend Luckeys to everyone. Pricing was more than fair. The gals in the office were wonderful and knowledgeable also. Hi, I’m Mrs. Michael, and when you need something repaired, We wanna be your guy. Back when I was raising two babies, my husband and I started a plumbing company, an electrical company, AND a heating and air company. Mr. Michael is a genius with tools, but he did NOT enjoy running 3 big companies, so he asked me to do it. Turns out, I LOVE it!! I believe that if we make your problems disappear quick and easy, then when someone you know needs something repaired you’ll say: “I’ve got a guy! . . . Her name is Mrs. Michael.”
