"They were great to work with; they had a rep come out quickly to inspect out our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. Your patience will be rewarded. It was great to meet everyone on the crew, big thanks again to Russ, Russell (son), Jake, Jay, David, and Tez!"

"Morning Crew showed up on time.  Covered everything outside of crawlspaces in plastic. Worked hard in the very nasty conditions of my "Friday the Thirteenth" Crawlspaces, removing insulation and leveling crawlspace.  Left basement clean and in order. 
Afternoon Crew showed up on time.  Encapsulated crawlspaces. 
Due to what turned out to be the fault of a very old A/C unit installation that is housed in the crawlspace, I awoke Wednesday to water in my new crawlspace.  NO WORRIES.  I texted Chuck Modica, who correctly diagnosed that the problem was probably the A/C NOT the encapsulation.  Although not at all his responsibility,  Chuck sent his partner Jim over within a couple of hours.  Jim worked for two hours, confirming Chuck's thoughts about A/C, vacuuming out 6 gallons of water and leaving the space dry.
A/C guy showed up the next day and said, "I don't know how "we" missed this all these years but..."  He installed a P-trap and problem is solved.
In addition to the vastly improved appearance of the crawls, we have solved the "stinky house syndrome" that we've been living with for a long, long time.  While I do not need the storage space, the crawls would be perfect for storage.
