"We found great lakes pleasure pools after a year of trying to find a pool contractor. No one was able to install a pool for us for minimally 2 to 3 years out. We met Kevin at the Allegan county fair, and within a couple days he was out looking at our property and getting us a quote. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
