"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "As far as I know the work is good. I haven t been under the house to look yet. I m waiting for it to dry out and warm up. But I can tell from the inside of the house that my floor is more solid and I have less cold air entering my home from the insulating they did. Workers were nice and courteous. I do feel like if I have a problem that they will address it honorably."

"Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. I’m so impressed with this company and though it was the most $$ I’ve spent ever on a home - I’m so so glad we hired them - and I am so grateful that we met him. Btw - he was there often to inspect the work and explain where they were in the process, what they had done, and why they’re doing it. "It went very well, from the estimate to completion. Greg was clear, honest and direct and he cares about his customers being satisfied. The workmen arrived  on the date agreed upon, were generally neat and clean and careful about my  house. It was a big, messy job and they cleaned up well. There were a few details to finish and Greg came personally to complete the little things. For example, during the clean out and other work, a t.v. cable was pulled loose and fell between the walls.   Greg came back to fix it. He made sure I was  happy with the job. I can already notice a difference from the pebble/dirt crawlspace and the new one with the liner. I notice less dampness in the family room, and there is no more smell, even on days it is raining. I trust it will be significantly warmer in the winter.

"When tearing out the concrete they hung plastic sheeting to contain the dust and put down heavy paper runners on the floors to protect them.  They did a very thorough job of cleaning up. It was all done in one day and the crew did not leave until it was all done. The work was substantially well done, but a little lacking in some details.  Specifically, the curb on a raised pad for the washer/dryer was sloppy and the level on some of the trench covering was not on level with the rest of the floor.  A work bench ended up with one leg off the floor when I put it back in place.  The pipe from the sump pump was not neatly installed.  Admitedly, this may be nitpicking. I was a little disappointed at the follow through from the salesman. He did spend the time necessary to inspect, evaluate and present the proposal. But, when I had questions regarding the work, he referred me to the office.  I was raised by a salesman and expected more continuity from this person."
