Totally worthless. Had a complete inspection. Everything that Ryan reported was "satisfactory". Turns out house needs 40k of foundation repair. Avoid at all costs.

Very Professional. Watching him work, investigate all areas, even 3 attics, that hasn't been used or cleaned in 30 years, was amazing. Giving us helpful tips, and a list of professional to help us prepare the house for the market. Was willing to meet on the weekend, and worked very hard the entire time he was there. Appreciated all he did.

Ryan was a personal, professional to work with and was thorough with his findings. The inspection report was very organized and included lots of pictures with straight forward comments listed underneath. The reports were sent within a timely fashion and was delivered to us by the time he promised. He does not rush through the inspection and puts you, the customer, first. Ryan's expertise made our family feel safer when buying our first home and we would recommend him to anyone!
