"They were great to work with from beginning to end. They had a rep come out quickly to inspect our house and gave us several options on how we could proceed after our lower level flooded. He discussed what we should consider and helped us pick out the right scope of work for our house and budget. When their team came to do the work, they were professional, handled the job quickly and respectively (which was a huge plus as we had a toddler in the house at the time). They sealed off the part of the house they were working on to limit any dust/dirt from where they were working getting anywhere else. We were very impressed. Our house is a tri-level, so having them waterproof ensured we got to use all our house as intended. Our downstairs is our main family area, and we use it now with no worries. "This was the 4th buainess I contacted, gotta say he knew more about what he was here for and checked entire house and outside before giving me an estimate. He also checked for aur qaulity and any mold, explaining as he went along. The first business man didnt want to even look inside house where wayer came in. "I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. Your patience will be rewarded. It was great to meet everyone on the crew, big thanks again to Russ, Russell (son), Jake, Jay, David, and Tez!"

"He arrived right on time and came prepared to do the complete job. His workers were polite and professional. Work began at 9:00 AM and was finished by 1:30 PM. They left no mess behind. The price quoted was the price charged. We would highly recommend Roofs & More for any home repairs. Previously Roofs & More did our roof in one day where all other bids were estimating three days. "They were really great. Jason was awesome and so was the lead on the project. Jason actually came back twice to fix a couple of things that we needed fixed. My neighbors complained about the downspout being too close to their yard and they actually moved it without even charging us extra. It was really great and we highly recommend them. They definitely stand behind their warranty, which is the lifetime of the house. If there are any problems, we can just call them and they will come and fix it. We would absolutely use them again."

"This work was done through Choice Home Warranty, with the repair being given to Sears Services. The first Technician diagnosed the problem as being the heating element on the bottom of the ice maker not working, so the dumping motor was under stress to push out the ice from the tray. The ice maker was replaced and tested fine. However, the new ice maker was a new model (the freezer is 13 years old) and appeared to be identical except that the ice maker plug cover did not connect to the freezer wall to cover the plug. The cover was left pushed down on the electric cord and in the path of the back finger that pushes out the rear cube. That stopped the ice maker from working. Only notice it about 30 minutes after the Technician left. Called within hours but had to wait a week for the next appointment. That second appointment was postponed due to an illness of the Technician and pushed back to the following week. The Technician who came completely removed (cut off) the plug cover, which may not have been necessary. I think it would have been possible to cut off the 2 inserts molded into the cover intended to snap into slots in the freezer wall (the old cover used screws to hold it to the wall) and cover the plug and the multi-colored wires going into it. Now all that is visible. I also had the second Technician adjust the side-by-side, separate framed refrigerator and freezer as they had been misaligned by a prior Technician. The magnetic spacer between the units was preventing the refrigerator door from properly closing. The Technician was thorough in his work, removing the bottom panel of the frame kit to get to the levelers on the bottom of the units and also be able to grab and shift the units into alignment. After he left we noticed that the refrigerator door, though closing properly, seems to be easier to open . . . . like the magnetic seal is not as strong. The door closes tight but just seems different. Don't know why."
