He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. It took a couple days to get the entire service completed but it was done right and with quality service. Also, every interaction on the phone with dispatch and customer service was top notch! "We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"We had water problems in our basement for at least 15 years. We tried to fix the problem ourselves trying one thing and another and nothing ever worked.  We finally called Everdry. They came out and looked at our basement, assessed the problem, gave us a quote, and helped with financing.  They go the job done as soon as their schedule would allow.  Their workers were great!
