"NEVER EVER think of hiring this company, they did a very bad job installing our liner and 2 years later when we called them since it was getting worse They blamed on water leak, which is definitely not true, without even bothering to come and take a look at itâ ¦ we kept calling for follow up nobody answers the phone we tried emailing they answered very rudely providing us with Warranty contactâ ¦ they dropped the ballâ ¦ warranty said it is kit covered and we need to buy a new liner and pay for it and for its installation after only 3 years of getting a new oneâ ¦ we tried to reach back to ask if they can install for free at least since it is their poor installation that caused our problem they never answered ! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!"

"Initially all went well, they did a nice job putting in the pool and the first few years were fine. But as the pool aged and I required service, the response got bad. They did not answer emails or phone calls and it took repeated attempts to contact them to get anything done. The decking around pool warped and I asked them about fixing it and instead they hammered in a bunch of nails to hold it in place. When the external pool heater failed, I was promised that Art would come out and fix it. I waited all season and even when the pool was closed, they still didn't do anything. I finally had enough and changed company"

"Stay FAR AWAY from C&C Pools!!!!! We have a pool that needed resurfaced because the kids were cutting their feet at the bottom. The salesperson who came out last year said when it was complete it would be ?smooth as butter? which is why we decided to go with them, even though they had a wait. Fast forward to this year, they came out to do it and we felt it was still very rough. Called the owner, who clearly does not care about customer service, who answered ?yeah?, no hello, no I?m sorry, just to call the service dept. Waited for them to come out, which meant having to open our pool about a month later than usual. They came out and said it was good to go so we filled it. The FIRST day my girls and friends were in the pool their toes were all scratched, hurting and almost bleeding. They have an entirely new staff, no one wants to help they threatened legal action if the bill wasn?t paid. I pay all of my bills in full and on time, but what was promised to us was NOT done."

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
