When we discovered a huge tear in our liner after taking the cover off on Memorial Day, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Bob THAT day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time answering every question we had. He was out the next day to look at our pool, measure it and thoroughly explain his product and service. Phone calls and texts were answered right away, which is also huge for us! Once the liner came in, the crew was polite and pleasant, and worked non-stop to get the job done. On completion day, Bob went over and beyond giving us instructions and suggestions on opening/closing pool, pool chemicals, and maintenance, etc. As business owners ourselves, we appreciate a company who is just as committed to customer service as we are, there just aren't enough of them out there. "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."
