NEVER EVER think of hiring this company, they did a very bad job installing our liner and 2 years later when we called them since it was getting worse They blamed on water leak, which is definitely not true, without even bothering to come and take a look at itâ ¦ we kept calling for follow up nobody answers the phone we tried emailing they answered very rudely providing us with Warranty contactâ ¦ they dropped the ballâ ¦ warranty said it is kit covered and we need to buy a new liner and pay for it and for its installation after only 3 years of getting a new oneâ ¦ we tried to reach back to ask if they can install for free at least since it is their poor installation that caused our problem they never answered ! DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICES!

Feedback is vital to help us make any necessary corrections so the customer experience meets every expectation and that the customer is properly informed with full understanding up front of what is covered under our warranty and the manufacturer warranty and what is not covered and should be covered by your property insurance. Acme Pool Specialists was our 4th pool contractor in four years and finally, our last! When we discovered a huge tear in our liner after taking the cover off on Memorial Day, we were pleasantly surprised to get a call back from Bob THAT day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time answering every question we had. He was out the next day to look at our pool, measure it and thoroughly explain his product and service. Phone calls and texts were answered right away, which is also huge for us! Once the liner came in, the crew was polite and pleasant, and worked non-stop to get the job done. On completion day, Bob went over and beyond giving us instructions and suggestions on opening/closing pool, pool chemicals, and maintenance, etc. As business owners ourselves, we appreciate a company who is just as committed to customer service as we are, there just aren't enough of them out there. Acme checks all the boxes and we will recommend them to everyone!

I have never done business with such great people! They were so helpful and did exactly what the said they were going to do. The price quoted was what I actually paid. My work is very demanding at the end of Summer thru Fall and they understood and worked with me and my schedule. I work from home and there was a day they were so quite I couldn't even tell they were here and this was the day they totally removed the old liner. It was AMAZING!!! Not only did they replace the liner to an old inground pool but I also purchased a new safety cover they installed. While installing they also closed my pool for the season as well. I will 100% be using their services again! Anytime I have anything concerning the pool they will be my FIRST and ONLY call.

Replaced the old torn and leaking liner with a new one. From my call to them to the install of the liner (which only took 1 day), it took about 2 weeks, most waiting for the liner to come in. I would not hesitate in hiring Bob again.

Review by Bob D. Ypsilanti Project: Convert hybrid pool to vinyl liner Very professional from the office staff to the workers in the field. Calls and/or emails answered either immediately or within 24 hours. This was not an easy job and many other pool company's did not even want to deal with it. I would definitely hire this company again

I have had several conversations with the Acme folks and they have been outstanding. I have technically hired them for the pool repair, but they have not yet started the work or given me an estimate. Bob will be here next week to see the pool, then we will schedule the project. He and Deborah could not have been more professional, helpful or responsive to my situation. They are topnotch.

Acme Pools was very responsive while I was in the process and they did provide a new liner in less than (3) weeks but I know have a leak due to a liner issue and they are not returning my multiple calls. I should have held some money back since that's the only way to get these contractors to respond.

"It was not technically found that the liner created the leak. The pool would need to be inspected by a leak detection company before determining the cause of where the leak is at, as they are not easily detectable without the appropriate equipment and was handled over 10 years ago."
