    We were very satisfied with the friendly service and the teamwork that was done. All the painters demonstrated that they take great pride in their work and each one demonstrates that they care enough to do what it takes to achieve a great result. The 'boss' came by frequently to check on things and we felt we were part of a team that wanted a great outcome for our sake. We were encouraged to use a Men-Wood stain for best up-keep and beauty even though it was more expensive and a newer product on the market. We pushed the limits a bit because we were bold with our color choice but in the end we all were happy with it, including the painters! That being said, we were given plenty of opportunity to change our minds before we committed to it. As in any house project, there were unexpected challenges and opportunities for learning new things, and this team was always up for that, even staining pine! We opted to do the trim ourselves, but we have been equipped with tips and tricks to make that go easier and with more confidence. A relationship has been begun that we can continue to enjoy when we need painting experts to assist. I know they are anxious to see final photos when we get our work done so that we can all rejoice together in a job well done! I didn't crop the picture because I wanted to show the overall effect in our setting. We still have work to do on the decking and, of course, the trim. This house was purchased in March, so we are glad to have this much done already

    Frank came out yesterday after calling the day before. He took a look at the work and gave me a quote of $277. This was to put a new gutter drain pipe on and secure two of them to the wall of my house. He came back after purchasing the drain pipe and installed in about an hour. It looks great and will last a long time. I am very happy and will use again for other Handyman items

As first time homeowners who were taking on their first major renovation project, Brian and his crew were everything we could have asked for: skilled, knowledgeable, communicative, respectful of us and our home, organized, and meticulous. While Brian was not the cheapest quote we received, the work far exceeded our expectations and was worth every penny. As expected when taking on a project of this magnitude, there were a host of surprises that arose that were all handled with professionalism and transparency by Brian and Chris.     Reiss was amazing! His attention to detail is second to none. You'll know Reiss is different from the other contractors by the questions he asks you before the job even starts. When telling Reiss exactly what you want, he does attempt to talk you out of it or tell you "I can't do that" but instead asks probing questions to narrow in on your exact vision and then proceeds to make that vision happen.     We just had our basement finished by Budget Basements. I recommend them very highly. I have worked with many contractors over the years and can honestly say that Phil has been the best by far. We met with Phil, outlined what we wanted, he sent us pricing and drawings then we proceeded, very simple and straightforward. I had 3 quotes and Phil was right in the middle. I hired him based on previous on line reviews and made a great decision. We made a few changes on the fly, no issues at all. He completed the job in about 6 weeks and it would have been less had the building inspectors not been on holiday for Christmas break. I received daily calls from Phil regarding the status of the job and what was scheduled for the day and week. His crew was skilled and conscientious. Jordan and Julio did the framing and other tasks, their work was excellent. After they completed the framing I inspected with a level and tape, every single board was perfect. Plumbing, HVAC, painting and electrical contractors were equally as skilled. Every night the basement was cleaned as much as possible. Everyone who worked on the job was excellent. Drywall was screwed, not nailed, Phil requested I contact the initial builder of the condo and get the floor molding supplier to match the rest of the house. These are just a couple of the small details that made the job go from good to great. Our basement looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier
