I thought cabinet had to be removed. Owner suggested several options. He really didn’t want us to lose the cabinet to allow refrigerator to fit. Was able to come up with a less expensive option that allowed us to keep the cabinet. Very professional and reasonably priced. Would use again.

I hired Wells Thomas LLC to complete a basement (master suite including bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom) and garage remodel as well as some finish carpentry work throughout our home. Thomas was so kind and patient with my ever-changing ideas. He literally did everything from the rough carpentry to the finish carpentry. He even helped me with paint color selection. His workmanship is phenomenal l and I couldn’t be more thrilled with his attention to detail work ethic. He was always on time and always stuck to the schedule he communicated. I have found its very hard to get contractors to stick to a timeline and they almost never show up for work every day. I can definitely say that I will never use or recommend anyone other than Wells Thomas LLC. Thank you Wells Thomas LLC - we are so happy with our new home improvements!

We asked Tom for ideas and a quote, to bring our railing up to code for the distance between the spindles. He suggested that he could make additional spindles to go in between the existing spindles. We agreed and you cannot tell now which spindles are original, and which are the new ones. We also wanted him to replace the railing between the living room and the stairwell and convert it into a solid half wall. We wanted electric outlets brought in as well as cable and internet outlets for our TV. You would never know the wall was not part of the original house. Tom’s estimate was realistic. He started the job a few days after we got his quote, and finished within 5 days. His work is outstanding and yes, we would hire him again.

We just bought a condo and there were a few electrical fixes we wanted done before our furniture arrived tomorrow. We called Thomas in the morning and he was able to come in the afternoon which we really appreciated. His work was excellent-we are extremely satisfied-and he was professional and pleasant. We would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Thomas was excellent! He replaced a faucet in the kitchen which started leaking December 24th, I texted him December 26th, and he asked me to send him a picture of the faucet and under the sink, and he came to the house on Friday and replaced the faucet after picking up a new one on the way to the house. He also checked the pipes as there had been some leaking into the basement, pronounced them fine, then he fixed an upstairs toilet that had been "running," off and on for about 3 months. He is very professional (and personable) and I found out that he is a mechanical engineer by degree. He has done other work at our house and we would never think of calling anyone else to do repairs, painting, or replacing a leaky pipe. He is the best!

Mr Wells walked into a situation that had a few more twists than he could have predicted, and he handled them nicely. Friendly, fair pricing, and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Thomas did an excellent job with almost no dust at all. He was able to give us an estimate by text and help us out right away and kept us appraised of his schedule each day. I've never seen anyone that good on the "mudding" that it needed almost no sanding. Definitely would hire again.

Wonderful! Thomas does high quality work and is a complete professional. He is responsible, reliable and considerate. He will keep you informed about progress of work. He did caulking of windows and drywall for free, and gave a discount on labor. If something not planned for happens (I.e., a hornets nest), he handles it with assurance and confidence.

We needed to have a small area of cedar shake siding replaced on the side of a third floor dormer. I left a voice message for Wells Thomas. Later the same day, I received a call back from the owner (Thomas Southwell). We spoke by phone, and I texted Thoms some pictures of the work that needed to be done. Thomas was very responsive in providing a quote and responding to my questions. We scheduled the work about 2 weeks out. He arrived promptly on the scheduled date. When he got to our house, Thomas offered to paint the new siding at no additional charge. The work looks great, and Thomas was very professional through the whole process. I would definitely hire Thomas again.

He is the total professional, discusses the scope of each job to be sure we are on the same page, he works efficiently, takes pride in every job, leaves the worksite totally clean. Tom did some troubleshooting tracing it back from the main feed and checking each connection and found an obstruction in the line. It was cleared up quickly and saved me the cost of getting new fixtures.

He was excellent. We've had a number of contractors who either never showed up to assess our problem after saying they would inspect the area and give us an estimate, refused to do the work because they were too busy, or who did come to the house, looked at the problem, and then never followed up. It was the most difficult experience we've ever had finding someone to diagnose a repair and actually do the work. Thomas showed up the same day we called him and immediately diagnosed our issue. He scheduled the work and it was done a week or two later. Would have been sooner except it wouldn't it wouldn't stop raining. He was responsive, thorough, and seemed very knowledgeable out what he thought was causing our problem. His price was fair. After having a miscommunication about taking off our gutter guards around the entire house as part of the job, he did it anyway while also inspecting our gutters to make sure they were in good shape, cleaned most of them, and didn't charge extra since that part of the deal was a bit unclear. If you need a handyman, hire him. He's a good guy who really seems to care about the quality of his work and his customers.

Tom is a true professional and very easy to work with! He is a perfectionist and always cleans up after a job completion. Has suggested terrific solutions to some of my problems! Have used his services for years. He is an A+ in my book of contacts. Highly recommended!!
