He purchased a window for us, with my authorization. But after he installed it we noticed that the hardware that came with the window was mismatched. The store sent replacement hardware, but they sent the wrong hardware and a screw broke off in my window. I requested a new window at no cost, and that was honored. Home Depot sent us the wrong replacement window. The inspector came out and was very unreasonable with his requirements, but Richard kindly complied and finished the job with the new specifications. We have had a large bout of bad luck with this project, but throughout Richard has been very dedicated and diligent and made every effort to ensure that the job was finished properly.

Richard did such a beautiful job. He said he would be here at 8:00 and he was here at 8:00. He was wonderful, quiet and got the work done. We will definitely be using him again.

Richard was responsive in providing an estimate. His price was reasonable, and he followed through both on the quality of work, as well as the promised timeline. I was very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him for similar work.
