Based on a combination of good Angie's List reviews and their strong interview and proposal, we made the decision to hire Artistic. The results are stunning and the basement looks great! We had them take a completely empty and unfinished basement, and turn the space into a work out room, bedroom, large bathroom with sink/toilet/shower, game area, full kitchen, family room, and storage area. "We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out. We enlarged the master bath into an adjacent bedroom. Now we have a cabinet with drawers, the same size shower as before, and a partially re-arranged floor plan. Gary scheduled the other contractors needed to complete the job: plumbing, electrical, tile, granite work, and paint. The job took longer and cost more than originally planned (these things generally do). We had the work done 2 years ago and are still very pleased with the work."

Fortunately, CSR conducted a more thorough inspection (knowing that there might be more issues) and identified problems that had I ignored, I would have wasted my money. Compared to other contractors I have used, CSR followed through on their planned work schedule, kept me "in the loop" on the status of work completion and any complications, and maintained a neat work area. As I have not encountered any insects in my home since the work was completed, CSR instilled my trust in them to perform any future work."
