He is professional, knowledgeable, equipped, and will talk to you about what he's doing (in case you're like me and like to know what's going on with your system). He will run the needed tests to diagnose what is wrong. He won't just listen to your compressor and try to sell you a new AC. I contacted three HVAC companies through Home Advisor on a Friday night. Ian was the first to get back to me. I can't give a higher recommendation, and I don't do recommendations very often."

I called on January 8 and scheduled the work for January 13.  Arrival time was between 8:00-8:30 am, and the electrician knocked on my door at 8:05 am.  He installed the fans, cleaned up, took the old fans and boxes to my garage for later garbage pickup, and made sure I saw how everything worked.  Then he removed the cable in about 10 minutes.  I was very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.  I called three other places, and the price quoted by My Handyman was about the same as the others.  I used this company about a year ago for something other than electrical work, and I would use them again.

"They've maintenanced my furnace before I required a new one and they've always maintenanced the new one since I got it replaced about 3 years ago. Very easy to work with. I think I've been using them since 2008."

"They came out almost immediately to assess the damage and temporarily put the old cap back on to protect the chimney, chimney liner and furnace. They had to order the part and customize part of it. They worked in the dead of winter with snow and up on the roof. Also, some work had to be done on the furnace heat ducts....new ones added. They were exceptional and very knowledgeable. The supervisor of the crew had a broken leg and was on crutches. He went up and down my basement stairs and never once was grouchy.....always pleasant with a smile. He explained everything that was being done and why pointing out everything. Would use them again in a heartbeat."
