Most recently, Doty fully replaced the HVAC system at our home. The installers, Daren and Clinton, were exceptional - very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of us and our home at all times. The first thing that they did when they arrived, after introducing themselves, was to lay down canvas tarps from the front door all the way to the furnace and put booties on their feet to protect our wood floors and carpet. They worked quietly and efficiently and kept their workspace neat. At the end of the installation they took the time to walk us through the entire system and answer any questions that we had. As someone who considers themselves OCD, I was beyond impressed by the end result of their work! Everything they installed was level/straight and clean - true craftsmanship! They really did a great job! Likewise, leading up to and after the installation, interactions with the office staff were equally as wonderful. The project was quoted with a very precise level of detail and Lori completely took care of us by handling all of the "heavy lifting" on paperwork for the rebates we qualified for. She simply asked us a few questions and took care of the rest for us! "They came out almost immediately to assess the damage and temporarily put the old cap back on to protect the chimney, chimney liner and furnace. They had to order the part and customize part of it. They worked in the dead of winter with snow and up on the roof. Also, some work had to be done on the furnace heat ducts....new ones added. They were exceptional and very knowledgeable. The supervisor of the crew had a broken leg and was on crutches. He went up and down my basement stairs and never once was grouchy.....always pleasant with a smile.
