"I am in the process of remodeling a master bedroom and hired Vince to repair a section of the closet plaster wall and ceiling that had had water damage at some point in the past. This was one of those projects where you don't necessarily know what you are getting into until you start digging in, and despite being fairly handy, I was not comfortable tackling it on my own. Vince examined the situation, explained what he thought was going on and discussed possible repair options. We agreed on a plan of removing and replacing the damaged section, and the next morning he and his partner started tearing it down.
