"The employee that came to my home did an excellent job and I have no problems with him and would have him out anytime. My issue is with scheduling. They told me when I made my appointment over the phone that someone would be out to my house between 2pm and 4pm. The day before the visit, I received a text saying that someone would be at my home between 2pm and 4pm. At 12:50pm I hopped in the shower to get ready. After I'm done getting ready, I see that there's a voicemail on my cellphone. I listen to the voicemail and a gentleman says, hi this is Loren. You are on my schedule for 1pm for some repairs in your home and I'm ringing the doorbell and no one is answering. At this point it's 1:20pm. So Loren has now left. I called My Handyman back to ask what was going on. They said Loren will call you right back. 30 mins goes by and nothing. I called My Handyman back again and the representative says he's headed back to your house to be there at 2pm. I said to the guy on the phone, I though you told me he was going to call me back and I was waiting for the call getting worried. Loren showed up at 2pm and he showed me where it said on his tablet that I was scheduled for 1pm. I don't understand how you can tell the client 2pm to 4pm but tell the employee 1pm. They need to get their scheduler fixed because I almost missed my appointment. If you tell the client 2pm to 4pm then you have to stick to that, or you tell the client there is a possibility that he could arrive up to an hour earlier. Luckily I was just at home in the shower and I hadn't driven a ways away."

"Gary painted 5 areas inside our home. He had bid an acceptable price with an anticipated 1 week timeframe. He arrived each day at an agreed upon time. He found several areas of our lathe and plaster walls that required extra repair finish work that extended the time necessary to get the job completed. In order to finish within 1 week, as quoted, he offered and did work both Saturday and Sunday going above and beyond our expectations to ensure a flawless outcome! He is friendly, reliable and takes pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again should we need painting in the future and recommend him to others!"

"Rob and I met through a coworker who highly recommended him and his team for the work they had done remodeling her entire basement. From the first day I met Rob, he has demonstrated the highest dedication to get the job done on time and as promised. His versatile team renovated part of our basement in a relatively short period of time. The result was amazing! I was very impressed with how he adapted to scheduling change to align with the overall work plan. His team work seamlessly on a variety of jobs, from paining, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and so on. He is very thoughtful and considerate of our needs. When we first moved in to our new house, he made a huge effort and pulled his team out to our house to first get the paint job done so that we could set up our furniture and make it livable. He is always responsive to my questions which to me is very important â I canâ t imagine working with someone who is not reachable. I am also impressed by his attention to detail, his work ethic and honesty. I am very happy with the result he delivered, therefore have recommended his service to many coworkers and friends. For myself, I plan to have his team over to install new fences, replace the circuit breaker, and do many other home improvement projects in the near future. The work his team has done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him."

"The kitchen remodel far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very professional and the workmanship is excellent. They were very kind and very respectful. The team kept me well informed every step of the way. I won't hesitate to hire Acheson Builders for any further renovations. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an excellent building company."

"Yes good service completed work"

"Jose is very professional we had a pipe burst and our floor was tore up. Jose was able to repair the subfloor and concrete work and was very fast thorough and clean. Great pricing pleasure to work with. We will definitely be hiring him again for future projects."

"We worked with Rufino to update the bathrooms and closets in our home master bath/closet and two upstairs bathrooms and closets. He is a True Professional in many ways. He worked with my husband and me to create a modern design that encompassed our ideas. He introduced us to options that are more current in design as well. He created 3D images of our proposed master bathroom and custom closet using our material choices. These images were incredibly helpful in understanding what the finished rooms would look like. His calm demeanor put me at ease with the project and took away my reservations of having our home renovated. Also, having workers in your home can be stressful and Rufino completed the work in the time proposed! Most importantly, I feel Rufino is very trustworthy and was very accessible to me during the project - answering my questions and communicating the next steps in the work being done via cell, text and email. Our bathrooms and closets were finished with detailed workmanship and expert service. He worked hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. They look simply AMAZING. We look forward to more projects with Rufino and Labra Design Build!"
