I got quotes from several companies, but Howard was so enthusiastic and informative that I opted to go with him and boy I was NOT disappointed!!! My master bathroom was transformed from a 1962 boring en-suite bathroom into a beautiful euro style bathroom. He was ALWAYS available for even the most inane questions and his crew is absolutely FANTASTIC! I was so pleased that we took out a HELOC loan to get the second bathroom done. I figured it would be nice because of what had been done with bedroom-WRONG! They surpassed our expectations. Sam, Marcus, and Larry are PHENOMENAL workmen. I could not believe that the second bathroom was even prettier than the bedroom bath. The recommendations that were given were right on point. "If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted.
