He arrived at our residence that afternoon and provided us with a quote and time line for completion of the job. The job was completed as promised and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. "Gary couldn't get right out to scope out the job (ceiling damage from a leak connected to the stink pipe installation) but always communicated. Found him to be open and honest, wanted a job to be well done and to my own satisfaction and was more than reasonable. Now it's done and he was so easy to work with. "We had our kitchen renovated. It was our first time, and didnâ t realize the contractor could also get cabinetry and other stuff. ( I thought they only specialized around the installation aspect). We had gone with a (friend recommended) kitchen design company who told us after we had measures and placed orders, that we were too far for them to use their installers and we needed to find our own contractor. I found Fowler construction on Angie. The design company was responsible for many delays, damaged material, and mistakes and Fowler Construction was able to work around the delays and basically fix the design companyâ s ineptitude. We will definitely be calling them again for our next renovation."

"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We worked with Rufino to update the bathrooms and closets in our home master bath/closet and two upstairs bathrooms and closets. He is a True Professional in many ways. He worked with my husband and me to create a modern design that encompassed our ideas. He introduced us to options that are more current in design as well. He created 3D images of our proposed master bathroom and custom closet using our material choices. These images were incredibly helpful in understanding what the finished rooms would look like. His calm demeanor put me at ease with the project and took away my reservations of having our home renovated. Also, having workers in your home can be stressful and Rufino completed the work in the time proposed! Most importantly, I feel Rufino is very trustworthy and was very accessible to me during the project - answering my questions and communicating the next steps in the work being done via cell, text and email. Our bathrooms and closets were finished with detailed workmanship and expert service. He worked hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. They look simply AMAZING.
