Had damage from storm on Tuesday called them that Friday. Came out gave estimate and the repairs were done by Matt and Gerry the day after the holiday. Professional, efficient and job well done. Even found the closest match as our shingles were no longer available. Would highly recommend them

They were very responsible and had great customer service. The only reason they are a 4 and not a 5 is that they upped the price after they went back to the office and reevaluated. When I asked about it, they did erase the up charge and gave me the original price. The product looks great and works well. Everyone was easy to communicate with and they were very obliging.

They were very fast, I was just not happy that they did not warn me about the mess that would be made in the garage.

They were very honest in their estimate. I had another company want to do a complete tear off and replace wood that wasn't damaged. They suggested a couple common sense repairs that came to just over $1,000

The entire process to replace my gutters (tear-down, install, and cleanup) took 3 hours ! The 3-man crew was very organized, and Steve the crew leader made sure they were installed properly (he used a level) ! I was impressed with the sales rep Jacob and the communication throughout the process.

Stop looking for a roofing company and call L&S! Tony is fantastic, he made the process so easy for us. Price came in very fair and my new roof looks great. Needed a total redecking which we anticipated so the quote was written as a ‘best case’ and ‘worst case’ and the quote came right in the middle even with the ‘worst case’ amount of work needed. Thanks, L&S! Will be calling you in the future for my next investment property.

The guys knew what they were doing. I'm waiting for the first heavy rain, but I think everything will be OK. I got a very honest feel from everyone involved, especially Matt the sales guy who always answered his phone when I called to ask questions or concerns.

The customer service was excellent. They communicated with me at all stages of the job. The quality of the work was excellent and they did a great job of cleaning up the site. Excellent customer service

Professional, responsive, and persistent with their quality of work. A little bit more expensive than your bargain basement grandad's buddy from AA, but absolutely top notch workmanship, and service of their product. They care about your home like it's their home. Great value, and I'll be working with them in the future for siding, gutters, and trim. We had a small leak after putting the roof on (seemed like a hidden long time issue that was hard to spot the first time) and they were back out within 24 hours to take care of it.
