"We used Apex years ago at our old house, and they did a great job. Pat, then-owner, was very nice, pleasant, and fair in pricing. His workers did a wonderful job. Fast forward to the present and our current home: started off with a leaky pipe fitting. I called Apex, despite Google listing the business as "permanently closed" - I assure you, it is not! Please ignore that and give them a call for any roofing needs. This time, I worked with Jared, Pat's son. He was equally as, if not more, pleasant, fair, and super easy to work with. He responded in a very timely manner, set very realistic expectations for getting work done, and worked closely with us to make sure our heated driveway didn't get damaged from all the work. We never felt like he was price-gouging or trying to take advantage of us at all. Work was completed in a very timely and professional manner, and all the workers were very pleasant and professional. I would not hesitate to call Apex again for any issues with our roof, as I found them incredibly competitive and I love supporting local businesses. If you're in need of a roof repair or replacement, seriously consider giving Apex Roofing, Inc a call!"

It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. I'll let you know how the window cleaning and gutter cleaning go."

"Had a HORRIBLE experience with a sub-standard roofing group - had to have it all torn off and then hired Home Genius who did a superb job - VERY professional, taking good care of property and roofing is absolutely beautiful. They will be putting on my wood paneling with composite so no more painting, mold or replacing. This is a company with PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS who take great pride in delivering top rate service and product. My only regret is that I should have hired them FIRST! I highly recommend them! "

"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"
