My initial interaction was very positive and after working with a variety of carpet providers no other company could beat Pleasant Installs, I feel I got quality carpet at a fair price. The only drawback was that once I placed my order it was like I no longer existed. There was no follow up after the order was placed and after a couple of months I called in for status. Carpet was there and I was scheduled quickly but I wondered how long it had been sitting there, were they waiting on me to call?
