The Hardwood floors turned out amazing! We were very impressed with how the color and placement turned out.

We had them come out to do an estimate and they were very helpful and professional.

Functional did a great job. They cleaned the edges without scarring the base boards The floors were gouged by the previous owner and they were able to remove and blend/grade the areas so they were unnoticeable. Highly recommended

They advised me about an area of my floor and I ended up revising my original plan, and it turned out beautifully. Brian and his crew were timely, professional, and did very good work. There were small defects in the poly layer that I noticed a few weeks later in the laundry room, and within hours of my asking what could be done about it, they had someone come out and refinish the small defects, free of charge. I would recommend them to anybody, and I am happy I went with them. Our floors look amazing, and my wife, who is a tough critic, is extremely happy with the result. I am satisfied with the installation of my engineered hardwood floors. The crew (John and Damien) were excellent. The only disappointment was the estimator Steve did not figure in a few pieces of transition door moulding. I would have expected better attention to detail from him. John managed to solve this problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Everyone is friendly and professional. Very easy to get along with and they work very fast. I had a one man crew for installation and he beat the projected timeline by a day and a half. Great company, great people, great quality. I would use them again if they didn't already floor my entire living space.

Functional Floors came out and sanded the original wood floors in my 3 bedrooms. They were 70 years old and have been covered by carpeting since I moved in 35 years ago. Boy, are they beautiful now. The price was reasonable (less than I thought it would be) and the work was professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this work.

Horrible , late everyday. Rude and extremely rude when showing up late daily. Broke my television remote and didn’t tell me. Ruined my baseboards and didn’t tell me that the baseboards would be ruined with floor paint and saw dust. Saw dust throughout my window seals. Did not complete the finish that they assured me would be my finish upon hire , which is why I hired them for the job because they confirmed this was a high gloss finish they offered. Once I expressed my concerns , they said this was not a service offered. Smh, highly not recommended.

Crew was timely and worked well. They explained the work being done and answered all questions we had. Very pleased with end result.

They removed the older vinyl flooring and did a wonderull job of installing the new flooring.

A really good experience all the way around starting with the phone call. So that you're not being on hold all the time they have you they have you leave your number and name and they give you a call back it is specific time that you chosen so you don't have to keep playing phone tag. Very professional from beginning to end. I will hire them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended
