Showed up on time, introduced themselves, scoped out the job and got right to it. They were friendly and polite.  Upon completion they vacuumed and did a walk thru with me. They gathered their tools and removed all the small left over pieces of padding and carpet.  At the end of the day they left no trace they were there working.  Very satisfied.

"I found Pleasant Installs to have great selection and pricing. My initial interaction was very positive and after working with a variety of carpet providers no other company could beat Pleasant Installs, I feel I got quality carpet at a fair price. The only drawback was that once I placed my order it was like I no longer existed. There was no follow up after the order was placed and after a couple of months I called in for status. Carpet was there and I was scheduled quickly but I wondered how long it had been sitting there, were they waiting on me to call?
