That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Then he and his partner did the demo work, all install, etc. They quoted for labor only and provided me with all bills for materials so nothing was hidden. This was a very complex job and it was interesting listening to the two debate each little detail. We changed a few things mid stream and they did not charge for them. Great experience considering the mess.

"I had a leak and was unable to determine the source of the leak.  I requested someone come out and install a leak diverter while I investigated.  Express came out and assesses the situation and suggested it was most likely coming from the windows.  He took some pictures and called back with a price.  I though the price was high, but I was in a pinch, so I said OK.  He came back on the scheduled day, removed the old caulk, put down new caulk, an no more leak!  I have since spoken with some friends and have been informed the price was fair, I am frugal. Overall they did an excellant job and very responsive.
