The job consisted of totally ripping out everthing and building from a design I provided (with numerous recommendations and changes from Rob and Zach based on their experience!). The job included new Thomasville cabinets with a granite countertop and two undermounted sinks, a 72" x 36" jetted tub (11 jets) surrounded by porcelain tile, a high profile toilet, new lighting/ventilation/plumbing, porcelain tiled floors, and best of all, an AWESOME porcelain-walled walk-in shower with accents, bench, body sprays, adjustable mount hand-held shower massage and wall-mounted shower head (all Kohler products) with a massive euroglass entrance!
Throughout the project, Rob and Zach took the time to explain what they did, what they were doing and what they were going to do... in easy to understand terms.
The only thing I would have preferred would be more up-front project planning. I believe the job turned out to be bigger than expected due to a lack of project planning, which impacted the time and amount of money required to do the job... that being said though, it was well worth the cost and the wait as I was flexible on the time and they were flexible on the payments above the original price quoted.
