The person taking measurements was new and made a mistake (did not notice a light switch inside the closet and a vent). The installers noticed this on the day of the install. Called the office and had new parts made in real time and shipped on that day and installed in time. Very impressive! They are somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for. We love our new closets."
