"Lee was fantastic! I called him up on Monday to inquire about having our chimney swept. He was immediately warm and receptive on the phone, and offered an early morning appointment for today. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time, and took great care to keep our home clean while he made certain that our chimney was cleaned out, repaired, and in tip-top shape. "I called to get a quote and they were able to make an appointment right away. I was surprised a team of people came to do the exclusion. They did a thorough job of making sure there were no bats on my house, put in a deterrent in the attic and netting over outside vents. Since there were no bats on my house at the time, they charged less that original quote. They will check back with me to verify things were still ok in a couple of weeks. With a guaranteed service, if I have any issues the will come right back. Very happy with the service."
