DOWN RIVER PEST CONTROL

Had Downriver pest control Come out in mid July for ants. Had to have them come back out a couple weeks ago, neither treatment took care of the ants. First treatment was $150, the second was $75. Called them back, waited for a return call and was told that since we didn’t purchase the contract that we would be charged again. My husband went with this company only because they were $100 cheaper than the previous pest control that we had the year prior and a year and a half prior to that. That company sprayed and the ants were gone in a week both times and their work was guaranteed. No contract needed to eradicate the problem. No way was I Going to pay for a contract when the job should have been done the first time. Other company is coming out and at least I know the ants will be gone! You get what you pay for and with Downriver Pest Control, you get to keep your ants unless you lock under contract, no thanks. Moving on to a company that doesn’t make you pay for a contract to guarantee that what they come out to do actually got done, Lesson learned!

Seth came out. He was awesome. He went above and beyond. He answered all my questions and was very polite. He was careful around my new landscape. Hopefully my earwig problem is solved! They give ac6 month guarantee... so hopefully I won't have to call them back out.

Have been receiving service from Down River Pest Control for a couple of years. They have been great to work with - always very thorough and helpful!

Very smooth and the guy was very nice and honest. he removed the Hornet nest in no time and cleaned the area after finishing. I would definitely ask them again to come and do any work related to their field of specialty. the prices of the services they provide are reasonable.

They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do and took care of my problem! I would absolutely use them again if I need to.

I haven't heard any old mice activity. We couldn't find where they were coming in as we had already had repairs on house done and before the repairs mice had gotten in.

When we called Downriver Pest Control and told them the problem and one of our rental units they went over and checked it out. They gave us a quote over the phone but told us they wanted to make sure that was the problem. They were at the house in a hour. Reviewed a couple bugs the renter had captured, checked out the rooms of the house and called us back. They confirmed the problem and walked us through the process. They then set up a treatment date and showed up promptly. We have one more treatment to go before the problem is gone but they have been really professional, helpful and thorough.
After the second treatment I will update this review. Really pleased so far.

Following up to my first review. Our second treatement went as planned. Downriver Pest Control showed up on time and did a great job. to date our problem is gone. Really appreciate their professionalism.

It went well. She got us in quickly and came out and sprayed. After 21 days we still had live activity so had to have her out again. She resprayed everything at no additional cost. We now have to wait another 21 days to see if the fleas are all gone.

They are very fine company and are very concerned about their customers. They stand behind their work one hundred percent.

Was an excellent experience and would definitely reccomend them to others ,and will use them again,at other properties I own.

They seem to be very knowledgeable. I feel like I got my money's worth. They were able to get rid of the bees.

They are very good. We once had an ant problem and they came in and took care of it. They come and take care of any problem that we may have. You can get hold of them in time quite easily. They are very quick at coming out and taking care of the problem when you call. They guarantee their work for six months. Their price is good.

Kenny Bingham was very prompt and professional. He came at the appointed time, sprayed for the bees, and checked around the house to see if there were other points of entry. He also checked in the attic, since I was concerned that the bees might have gotten up there. Fortunately they had not. After several days, I saw no more bees entering where they had been entering before, but I did notice bees entering on the other side of my bay window, so I called the company and Kenny came out that same day and sprayed again. It now appears that the bees are gone. The company handled my bee problem very professionally and Kenny is also very friendly. They also offered a 6 month guarantee on the bee extermination.

THEY DID A PERFECT JOB! THEY GOT RID OF ALL OF THE ANTS IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE. THEIR PRICE IS TERRIFIC COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED. THEY WERE DOWN TO EARTH GUYS THAT I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE BACK OUT IN THE FUTURE.
