They did a beautiful experienced job

Just had someone come out from this company and I would not recommend their services. Paid $400 for a service to have someone come out twice to deal with my mole issue. First visit to stamp down the hills in my yard (there are a ton) and second visit to drop worms in the active holes that pop up the second day to eradicate the issue. The tech showed up and said he was only there to drop worms. I pressed him saying what I paid for included 2 visits, in which they would first stamp down my hills. He responded that he wasn?t there to do that and since my hills were active he could skip the stamping step. When I asked about stamping the hills he said that rain would either wash them away or I could stamp them myself. He did not survey the entirety of my backyard (where there are additional raised areas where moles have recently tunneled that needed stamping to make sure they were not still there), he dropped worms in a few active hills and left within literally 5 minutes. Absolutely not worth $400 for the level and quality of work I received in exchange for what I was invoiced for. Incredibly disappointed I hired this company.

This company contacted me right away, arrived the very next morning and took care of the skunk that was in our live trap in our yard. There was no odor at all. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

This is the worst Company I worked with in my Life. They charged $800 to take care of my mole problem, after three treatments they told me they will not come back because I still have the same problem as when they started. It looks like they are only interested in the money and careless of the problem! I had a problem with a mouse, perhaps more than one but not an infestation. The $500 price tag was pretty high for the small number of mice. I agreed to it because I was leaving town for a week and didn't want the mouse/mice running all over my house while I was gone. When I returned there was no evidence the creature had been inside. And I found his little corpse in my garage.

Well trained professional service

I called Platinum Wildlife on Saturday night. Our tech arrived an hour later than scheduled. We were than quoted $2,700 for bat removal ($1,500 for ridge guard). I was told I needed to put 50% down to get on the schedule, they charged my card the full amount. Our roof is 3 years old. We decided to have a roofer AND another animal control company come out and were told we DID NOT need the ridge guard. After 2 additional second opinions I called Platinum Wildlife Removal. I was told NO REFUNDS. I told them I still wanted the work done (minus the ridge guard) I was told I would still have to pay the full $2,700 even without having the work done. They refunded 1/2 my money but still have $1,396 that they will not give me back even though they did not do the work. I even offered to still pay the $99 inspection fee and just refund the $1,296 and they wonâ t! Please call around use another company! This company is price gouging

Did a good job

I called them when I needed help with some bats in my yard and they were quick to control the situation. Thank you so much for such quick service.

The work they did was great, and it has kept those birds away from my peaks and vents. They do real good work!

I have never liked mice, they always seem to find a way into my house and once they're in, they are almost impossible to get rid of. I had just about given up on trying to get rid of them when I heard about these guys. They really know how to take care of mice problems. Thanks for the help!

Jonathan did a thorough job in taking many pictures of all the mice nests in the attic and openings where they are getting in. He then set up 4 appointments for the guys to seal every entry point and remove all the mice nests and damaged insulation.

Their animal removal service is incredible! They are the best service provider in the area.

I was out of town for a few days and came back to find that a family of raccoons had taken up residence in my attic. I called them for help getting rid of them. I was amazed to see their great customer service. All raccoons were gone within a day!

My experience with bat removal services has been excellent. A bird control program was conducted a few days ago, and it appears to be working. They are also cost-effective and reliable.
