"Good morning Chris, I apologize you are unhappy that we do not come and remove the rodents after they die but, that does not call for the rating we received from you due to that the services we provided. The service you had us come out for and paid for was to eliminate and control the rodent problem you are dealing with and if you have ANY activity after 21 days, we come back free of charge for 6 months on the inside and 3 months on the exterior of that was done as well. You had us come out for the price we have to do that, we never advertise or express to anyone we come back and remove the rodents after they die. We are not dead animals."
