My designer Michelle was very talented and drew up 2 very functional closets. My installers were neat, clean and very conscinous. Rico was especially polite and meticulous about his work. Designer was helpful in creating what I needed for my budget. Installation team came on time and when I noticed a misalignment in the doors, they stayed to figure out what was wrong and make it right. Very happy with the results!

Angel was amazing. She was extremely professional from the start. She made sure we were always comfortable with the process, be it CoVid related or process related when she visited our home. She walked us through the entire process and made sure that our expectations would be met every step of the way. Our installers Greg and Chris were also just as amazing. They were a few things that needed to be handled during the install and they made sure they checked with us before making any of the necessary changes so that we were very pleased with the final product. We will have them back to do a few other storage organization that we are in desperate need of. Thank you Angel, Greg, Chris, and the Closets by Design Team.

The right solution for my situation

MY REVIEW UPDATE IS ADDED BELOW THE ORIGINAL SUBMISSION. It was wonderful to have the designer walk thru our home and discuss the various storage needs and then - on the spot - develop plans, review options, and make recommendations! The installation went well, started on time and took a little less time than was anticipated. We were short a shelf which was promised to be delivered ... actually still waiting for it since mid-October. UPDATE: In case anyone wonders if the companies pay attention to the feedback, I am back to confirm the answer is a resounding YES. On the day I provided my feedback I was contacted directly by our wonderful designer Mallory to follow-up on what I had reported as less than perfect in my review. It Is Now Perfect. The company cared a bunch that I had any concern and addressed it as soon as the review was posted. In their defense - given the m-a-n-y other things that were quite pressing in the overall buy-and-sell-and-renovate craziness we were going through - this was on our list but not at the top. But I am here to tell you, it went to the top of THEIR list immediately and Mallory and the rest of the caring folks at Closets By Design took care of business. Fantastic support as soon as they became aware, and what more could you ask or expect!! Thank you, Closets By Design!
