I did a literally happy dance, because as someone who fears mice, emptying the traps is my living nightmare! "First exterminator was unable to look inside the nest - too high up. He did spray inside the space but recommended that we call again if the bees were still active. They were, so we called and said the technician needed a longer ladder. This one did and as of mid day on day one after the treatment the bees are still very active. We were told to wait 3 days... so - we will see. Third visit may be the charm. Except for the too short ladder on visit # 1 all the exterminators have been helpful. Hopefully,if we run into this next year, we will call for help earlier."
